Refrigeration equipment, being low temperature devices, do have requirement for efficient service back up. At Stellar Gastronom, we have experienced that operators do require service support due to extreme weather conditions, low humidity in cabinets, faulty programming of controllers, inadequate ventilation in kitchens when the HVAC systems are switched off in the night, need for pull down capacity when the incoming products are at temperatures higher than the stipulated storage temperatures, special needs for low decibel level, preventive maintenance or simple break downs.
Stellar is geared up to provide Pan India service to its customers through factory trained service engineers supported by five regional offices and 31 service centres. Service calls are handled by a dedicated service centre.
